According to Bill (Reg.№1056) it is suggested that the legal proceedings should be implemented during the civil cases not only in Ukrainian but in Russian as well and also it is recommended that the legal documents should be compiled in the same language as the case is scrutinized.
During the discussion the Peoples Deputies stressed that the amendments to Code of Civil Procedure of Ukraine regarding the language of legal procedures "is essential for the realization of the generally recognized right of the each person for the effective court protection".
